This product carries a warranty of 3 years from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects only.
Covered Under Warranty:
Manufacturing defects in PCB, transformer, or internal wiring.
Failure of internal electronic components under normal use.
Not Covered Under Warranty:
Damage due to wrong installation, misuse, or overloading.
Damage caused by fire, water, lightning, short-circuit, or physical impact.
Tampering, opening, or repairing by unauthorized persons.
Input voltage beyond rated limits.
Warranty Service Type:
Carry-in / On-site (as applicable). Product must be brought to an AG Power Plus authorized service center.
Customer Responsibility:
Preserve the original invoice & warranty card for service claims.
Do not remove or damage the serial number label.
Company Liability:
AG Power Plus shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to product failure during use.
